Agrinio Tennis Club, founded in 1987, is the oldest continuously operating tennis club in Agrinio and was the first in Greece to host international Juniors tournaments for the International Tennis Federation circuit. Located on a 5-acre property, it provides easy access from the city center and ample parking. The club features newly surfaced tennis courts (4 in total), a recently renovated swimming pool available all summer, and an indoor/outdoor cafeteria with a fireplace and bar, serving snacks, ice cream, and drinks. The Tennis Academy at Agrinio Tennis Club is ideal for young children to start playing tennis, fostering fun, learning, competition, discipline, and strategic thinking. It includes pre-competition and competition sections with a modern and consistent training program, continuously monitoring players' development to promote talented children to the competitive level. For those with a strong inclination, the pre-competition section opens up the world of fair play and goal-setting. The competition section guides aspiring athletes towards a professional path, focusing on technical and tactical skills through tailored programs for individual success. Private lessons are also available, either individually or in groups of 2-4 people, at competitive prices, offering a personalized approach to learning tennis.
