Ajanta, Argyro Gerochristou, began her studies in 1997 in Aesthetics and pursued further training in biomolecular therapies, pranic therapeutic breathing, and meditation practices. She worked as an alternative aesthetician focusing on the body's energy channels. In 2002, she moved to England, delving into therapeutic Reiki and EMF balancing, and trained in massage therapies, Spa treatments, and aesthetics at the Steiner school in London. Returning to Corfu in 2004, she founded Solara Spa, a center for bioenergetic aesthetics and alternative therapies. During this period, she trained in Craniosacral Therapy in Florida, Thai massage, Tuina, and Usui Reiki in Athens, and bioenergetic aesthetics with Piroche. She also completed the first level of Reconnection therapy. Two years later, she was initiated into Satyananda Yoga, and by 2009, she completed her training as a Satyananda Yoga instructor. In 2012, Ajanta began her studies in Naturopathic Therapeutic at the Neo-Hippocratic School of Cyprus in collaboration with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Currently, Corfu Yoga combines these extensive alternative therapy and yoga knowledge with Naturopathic Therapeutic practices, offering yoga instruction for all ages and effective treatments aimed at harmonizing body and mind for optimal health.
