We provide a new, exciting way to support English language learning, which focuses on encouraging skills from a range of pedagogical disciplines in the target language. Education is changing and adapting to meet the needs of the 21st Century. We live in a globalised world and it is the role of education and educators to prepare young people for the world they are part. Our sessions are fun, engaging projects based on the STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths). We introduce a topic and use the STEAM subjects to explore, experiment and solve problems. All of our sessions are in English, so participants have complete English immersion. We believe that it is important to encourage learners to explore, ask questions and create. Our aim is to provide an environment that allows participants to investigate and take an active lead in their learning; be content creators rather than purely content consumers. The sessions teach participants vital 21st century skills, including creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication. 21st century learners need 21st century skills in order to succeed in the competitive global market.
